By creating an account or using the Service, you confirm that you are at least 13 years of age and agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

BirdEyeTrips is a travel planning platform that provides destination guides, group trip planning tools, AI-powered travel recommendations, interactive maps, and curated booking tools. The Service is provided free of charge to end users. We earn revenue through affiliate partnerships with third-party travel booking platforms.

To access certain features, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration.
• Maintain the security of your password and accept responsibility for all activity under your account.

By submitting User Content, you grant BirdEyeTrips a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute that content in connection with operating the Service.

You agree not to submit content that:

• Infringes any third-party intellectual property rights.
• Contains personal information about others without their consent.
• Is offensive, harassing, or violates any applicable law.
• Contains spam, advertising, or unsolicited commercial messages.

BirdEyeTrips contains affiliate links to third-party travel booking platforms including DiscoverCars (car rentals), Booking.com (hotels & accommodations), Skyscanner (flights), and VRBO (vacation rentals), among others. When you click these links and complete a transaction, we may earn a commission. This does not affect the price you pay.

All bookings made through third-party platforms are subject to those platforms' own terms and conditions. BirdEyeTrips is not a party to any booking transaction and accepts no liability for bookings made through affiliate links.

All content on BirdEyeTrips — including text, graphics, logos, icons, images, and software — is the property of BirdEyeTrips or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Violate any applicable local, state, national, or international law.
• Transmit any unsolicited or unauthorized advertising or promotional material.
• Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service or its systems.
• Use automated tools (bots, scrapers) to access or collect data from the Service.
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service.

BirdEyeTrips does not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. Travel information provided is for general guidance only and may not be current or accurate.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, BirdEyeTrips shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of revenue, or travel disruptions resulting from reliance on information provided through the Service.

You agree to indemnify and hold BirdEyeTrips and its officers, directors, employees, and agents harmless from any claims, liabilities, damages, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Service, your User Content, or your violation of these Terms.

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall survive.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of Florida.
